This item was exactly as described. It came in beautiful packaging that I used to give to the mothers of me and my husband at our wedding. The mothers all loved their gifts so much. When I originally ordered, one of the necklaces wasn’t sent with the order. I contacted customer service and they sent the missing necklace immediately. I still recommend these necklaces! Great product and customer service!
It's a Christmas gift, so I have been unable to wear this necklace or get Mom's reaction, but I like what I see.
